Lighthouse Creations LLC is a father-and-daughter-owned business based in Rochester, Minnesota. We specialize in custom laser engraving, laser cutting, 3D printing, personalized gifts, home décor, and handcrafted creations.

 

Orders

By placing an order through our website or directly with Lighthouse Creations LLC, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability issues, or concerns regarding submitted artwork or content.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are personalized or custom-made.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, design requests, and customization details before approving an order.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Lighthouse Creations LLC is not responsible for customer-provided errors, including misspellings, incorrect dates, or inaccurate information submitted during the ordering process.

Design Approval

For projects requiring design proofs, production will not begin until customer approval is received.

Approval of a proof confirms that all design elements, text, and customization details are correct.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and content displayed on this website are the property of Lighthouse Creations LLC unless otherwise noted.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, images, trademarks, or artwork submitted for custom projects.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, Lighthouse Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom and personalized orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error caused by Lighthouse Creations LLC, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
