Many of our products are made to order. Processing times vary depending on the item, customization requested, and current order volume.

• Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days

• Custom or personalized orders: Processing times vary by project and will be communicated before production begins.

• Large or specialty projects: Processing times will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Rochester, Minnesota area.

Lighthouse Creations LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Lighthouse Creations LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can assist in resolving the issue.
